What People Are Saying

JC sold our home in Tamarac for top dollar! Then he helped us as Buyers to acquire our next home in Pembroke Pines. We were willing to pay up to $10k above list price and he not only saved us that money but also negotiated our purchase price for $5k below list price! We were surprised to see him achieve this in such a tough market, where all homes in the same neighborhood were receiving multiple offers and selling for the above list price! We highly recommend you to use Juan Carlos Hernandez as your Realtor!!!

I was not an easy client. I changed my mind about leasing verse purchasing and was denied by my first lender. Juan Carlos remained patient with my wife and I and even recommended the lender that got the deal done. After living in the same home for over 20 years and raising our 6 kids we didn’t think a dream home on the water was possible. We are still in disbelief almost 2 years later we actually are in this cool place. What I appreciated the most was never feeling pressured by Juan Carlos. Obviously he wants the deal done but he served as a stress reliever instead of what I see with other realtors. I believe that’s a byproduct of him being in the business so long. Thank you again Juan Carlos! Heath, Jamie, Gracie, Rex, Laynie, Shane, Vance, and Ellie Allison
